Below are a list of frequently asked questions, please read through them before emailing or calling to ask a specific question.

Q. Do you offer car parking?
A. We use the services of a 3rd party company to provide off site parking.
Q. Is car parking available while we stay
A. Yes, while you are staying (each night), there is parking and there is no charge, parking is not available any longer than the nights you are staying, i.e. while you are away on holiday, for that we use a 3rd party company
Q. Are cars left at owners risk?
A. Yes, as they are at any car park in the country, including the airports own on-site car parks, please see their parking policy for full details.
Q. Is there a restaurant at the guest house?
A. No, there are several pubs within a mile or so.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you have booked directly with us we require 14 days to cancel your room, for full details please see the cancellation policy . If you have booked through an agency these are non-cancellable / non refundable / non amendable rooms.
Q. What if it is less than 14 days?
A. If we are able to re-sell your room, there will be no charge. Quite often this is possible, so please give as much notice as you can. Otherwise your booking will be charged in full. Please note this is only an option for bookings made directly with us , bookings made through an agency are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
 Q. How early can i arrive?
A. From 16:00>, No arrivals before this time please
Q. How late can i arrive?
A. Anytime. If later than 22:00 please let us know.
Q. What is your check out time?
A. 10:30
Q. Do you offer a cooked breakfast or cereals?
A. No, 95% of guests are leaving at a time where breakfast wouldn’t be offered, however there are several options when you get over to the airport.
Q. Is there a fridge in the room?
A. No, but there is one in the reception area that you are free to use.
Q. Are travel cots available?
A. Yes, only if you have booked a room with an infant.
Q. Are there child seats in the minibus?
A. No, you are more than welcome to provide and fit your own if you prefer.
Q. What if my flights are delayed?
A. Please let us know if possible, however if we know your flight we can check online and keep an eye on it.
Q. Are there any take-aways that deliver to the guest house.
A. Not as far as we are aware.
Q. Are there any pubs in the area to get something to eat.
A. Yes, there are several within a mile or so, most are family friendly.
Q. When we arrive at the guest house, how do we get through the gates?
A. If the gates are closed, please press the intercom when you arrive, and someone will let you in.
